Crossgate

Crossgate (sometimes Crossgates) is one of the original Almaden Valley neighborhoods, established in 1966. The defining feature is the Crossgates Swim Club — a homeowners association amenity with a competitive swim team (the Gators) that doubles as the social engine of the neighborhood. If your kids swim, this is the neighborhood.

Architecture is mid-century into the 1970s. Many homes have been remodeled to modern standards; an unrenovated original sells at a meaningful discount because the cost basis to update is well-understood by buyers in this price band.

Pioneer High School is the assigned high school, which puts Crossgate on the Pioneer side of the Pioneer-vs-Leland boundary. We can confirm attendance for any specific address.
