Families committed to Los Gatos schools are typically willing to pay a premium for Brookfield over comparable homes one neighborhood over in SJUSD territory. The neighborhood is also quieter and slightly more remote than the central AV neighborhoods, which works for buyers who want a screened, private street with the school assignment to match.
